Our rates include a full English breakfast served in our dining room. Should you prefer to have your breakfast outside on the patio, we will be happy to oblige.

Check-out time is 10h00 and check-in time is 14h00.

Cancellation Policy

If you should cancel your booking less than 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival, any deposit or pre-payment is forfeited.

We require a 50% booking fee, with the balance payable on arrival.

Additional guests, other than those quoted at the time of booking, will be charged for.

*Please note that all rooms are non-smoking, but you may smoke on the patios and in the garden.
